We like to take our Daily Love® Multivitamin with breakfast, and sip on Daily Love® Electrolytes for an afternoon boost—but feel free to incorporate our products in the order that helps you stay consistent!*

Daily Love® Multivitamin: Take 2 capsules in the morning with food. Storage: Store at room temperature. Keep bottle tightly closed.

Daily Love® Electrolytes: Dissolve 1 tablet in 16 fl. oz. / 475 ml of water. Stir gently to disperse as needed and enjoy. Take up to two tablets per day. Use as needed after exercise, excessive sweating, or when you need an extra boost.*

STORAGE: Store at room temperature, 68–77°F (20–25°C). Use only if cap seal is unbroken. Replace cap when not in use.
