Get Started: Women's Basics Routine

We like to take our Daily Love® Multivitamin & Good Girl Probiotics® with breakfast, and then use the pH Balanced Cleanser™ with each shower—but feel free to incorporate our products in the order that helps you stay consistent!

• Daily Love® Multivitamin: Take 2 capsules daily with food, like breakfast.
• Good Girl Probiotics®: Take 1 capsule daily, ideally with a meal. You can take it at the same as Daily Love® Multivitamin, or during a different meal!
• pH Balanced Cleanser™: Using clean hands, apply a dime-sized amount to the vulva in the shower or bath. Gently work into a lather and rinse clean.
• Consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen. Keep bottles tightly closed. Store at room temperature.
